Refund policy

At Mirrette, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.  Our candles are made from 100% natural ingredients so slight changes in color and small imperfections in the wax are perfectly normal, and will not affect the performance of your candle.  However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof is submitted to Mirrette within 7 days of delivery.  Please email orders@mirrettefragrances.com with your order number, photographic proof of the damage and an explanation of the issue to initiate a refund.  Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.  

You may return your unused product for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of your order.  The product must be unused and in its original packaging including all inserts.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  

To Initiate a Return

• Within 14 days of your order, please send an email to orders@mirrettefragrances.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.

• Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address and your Return Authorization number. Please do not send your return to the return address on your shipping label.

• Please be sure that your package is returned in the original packaging including all inserts.  Be sure that the candles are protected and packed securely so that they arrive in good condition. 

• The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns, please save tracking information.

• We do not accept exchanges at this time.
